Dumbo play area how long?

Here's a question, on a more crowded day (i.e. when lines aren't under 20min) how many minutes of your wait for dumbo are spent in the playground area? 5? 10? More?

When we were there a few months ago, the wait time was 25 minutes. We spent 20 inside in the play area, with a short wait in line before and after.
