Dumbest question re tickets ever

In order to get the Disney visa discount, I had to buy tickets through WDW, even though I already bought my ticket pre-price increase. If the other member of my party uses her ticket and I don't, I'll be ok to use the ticket with my package at a later date, right?

I think you should use the tickets with the package and save the lower price tickets for another time. I believe that once you check in and get your Key to the World card your pass will expire 14 days later. weather you use it or not.

ok, in that case I'll need to add no expiratation onto it, but that's ok. I'll call WDW at a later date to confirm that (CRO's computers were going down when I was on the phone with them last night, and I'm sure today will be even worse once people have slept on it).

If you don't use the ticket for admission this vacation (don't put it in a turnstile accidentally or otherwise) then the ticket won't expire and can be used for next vacation. This includes tickets on room keys.

So you can choose whether to use the package ticket or a ticket you already had.

Yes. If you don't wish to use the newest ticket admissions on the key card, save the entire key card for next trip (or even the trip after).
