Dumb question re 14 day ultimate...

Sorry in advance if this is a stupid question.

We have never bought our tickets and hotel as a package and so have never had tix on our KTTW card. We are there 15 days.

Usually we wouldn't visit a park on arrival day and would use our first day of our tix on our first full day so we can visit on our last day IYSWIM.

But if the tix are placed on our cards, do they activate, I.e. a day early?

Also with the QSDP, do we get 14 or 15 days of credits?

Hi,

I believe that some people have had luck with getting 15 days worth of park admission using their 14 day Ultimate Tickets, meaning that they have used their tickets on both arrival day and departure day.

I personally wouldn't count on being able to do so to avoid disappointment, but I would probably give it a try if I knew I wouldn't be too upset with not being able to visit a park on departure day - just in case

In regards to the QSDP, the number of meal credits is dependant on number of nights you are staying. A 14 night stay would equal 14 lots of entitlements.

If you sleep 14 nights you get 14 days of DDP credits.
Tickets do not start until you activate them, they are supposed to be 14 day tickets but I (and others) confirmed last year they can be used 15 days, I also used our 21 day Ultimates over 22 days. I will be testing this again this July/August, we are using both 14 & 21 day tickets.

I am actually in the group that used 15 days too but that was six years ago with paper tix!!

The 14 night thing makes perfect sense I doubt we will use all the credits anyway with days at IoA, Uni and SW but it's good to know we can use them until we leave (right?...)

Didn't notice you were going soon, maybe you can call in guest relations and ask when your ticket expires then post to help others. Always good to know if they last 14 or 15 days.

You can use your DDP credits upto midnight on the day you check out of your resort.
