dumb question -Rainforest Cafe (AK)

Is the Rainforest Cafe before or after the main gate at the AK - in other words is park admission necessary to eat there? For the life of me I can't remember! lol

Park admission is not necessary.

I think (someone correct me) that if you already have a park ticket you can go out the back of the restaurant into the park to the left of the main gates but you do not need park adm. to eat there.

Yes, you can avoid lines to get into AK by walking through Rainforest and its gift shop, they have a turnstile at the back.
