Dumb question...Does disney record

the number of times you call and ask the same question? I have called 3 times about the pin code. I was asking if I had a pin attached to my name. I told her I thought I had received a post card (which I did and can't find:headache: ) The Cm puts me on hold a long time and comes back and says that I have a pin attached to my name for the $59 value. We booked a package with free dining so we couldn't use it.

Today, I called again to see if I would get the same answer and the CM says I have NO pin codes at all attached to my name.

My question is does the CM know how many times you called and asked the same thing?? Do they keep a record or something?? I just can't get past the fact every time you call you get a different answer, since one CM said I DID have a pin attached why doesn't the other CM say the same thing??:confused3
 
Well, I don't know if they record how many times you call and ask the same question, but I do know that the answer you received is correct. You CANNOT use the pin code (or use any other discount) with Free Dining - period.

Free Dining is your discount. You can't apply any other.
 
I do not know the answer to your question. But i can tell you that they DO make notes in the system about you. I am not sure if it's only on your current reservation but they make notes.

I called yesterday to change the dates for my 40% off package in Dec. and knew that it had to done throught guest services. The first CM I spoke with went to Guest Services (so she said as I was on hold forever) and told me that the same room type was available and I would be charged $900 more. I nicely asked her did she call GS and she just was just very rude. I just hung up the phone and called right back, with the next CM I nicely told her that I think we need to speak with Guest Services, she put me on hold and came back with a GS CM on the line for me to speak with. She told me to hold on and came back to tell me she changed the dates and honored my price. She said she can see where I called this morning and was given misinformation and how Disney tries to do their best and it wasn't right to not try to help. I am not sure what was in there, but the first rude CM wrote something on my ressie.

SO long story even longer, when we call regarding our ressies, they have the ability to put in notes.
