Dulles?

We have a four and a half layover in Dulles. Anything worth seeing (shopping , eating, etc.)there at the airport? Thanks.

I haven't been to the airport itself, but I do know that the Smithsonian has their Air and Space Annex next door to the airport.

Although i'm not sure if 4hrs would give you enough to time comfortably jump over there, see the sights, and then make it back thru security.

I would not reccomend leaving the secure area at IAD. Dulles is known for terribly long security lines.

My two fave way to spend some time at IAD is to first stop the Massage Bar for a head and shoulder massage then stopping for a nice glass of wine and a snack at Vino Volo.

There is no way I would be able to do that in just 4 hours. A day or so maybe. Thanks.
