Very Cool!!

Sounds like today'll be a great day!

Ohhhh everyone is SO talking junk around here, it's a riot!! Gonna be a great day. At 1pm there is a HUGE celebration over at Cameron and a HUGE BBQ for all of us...gonna be a great day! :thumbsup2

That is great that they won the championship, but it would have been so cool to see the underdog get it.

And don't yell at me for my response, I'm still trying to get over the New York Giants defeat of the Patriots in the Superbowl in 2008.

Gratz! Enjoy your great day and party atmosphere!! I know my friend is happy with the outcome.

Congratulations to you! Anyone who beats Butler is a friend of mine (says the SU Alum)! :teeth:

Is this some sort of sports thing we're talking about?

With names like Duke and Butler, I think they are talking about the hired help? :confused3

EVERYONE here is joking about that..saying The DUKE served the Butler! ;)

My uncle went to Duke @ played for Coack K in the early 80's( ok he was a walk on so he did not play much) !! He was there to see the win in person and our entire family was glued to the TV in NJ. We are so proud of the Blue Devils, the showed true heart and perserverence this season. Go ahead keep hating us America, we are back where we belong, on top!

I have had the chance to see several games (some of which I don't remember since I was a toddler, lol) in Cameron and it is truly the most special arena in all of college basketball. I could only imagine the excitement on campus.

My sister is going to have her first child (first grandchild & first niece or nephew for my family) , her name will be Cameron Rose......wonder why we would name her that?

PS: My Dad's family is Maryland faithful (as in 3 uncles, two aunts, and 8 cousins have attended College Pk & my Dad's bro is a Professor there) it so sweet to have this to hold over their heads!

Can we get back to important stuff ... like shopping!

I know nothing about sports.

This is all you need to know about sports:

After a 2 year study, the National Science Foundation announced the following results on America's recreational preferences:

1. The sport of choice for unemployed or incarcerated people is: basketball.
2. The sport of choice for maintenance level employees is: bowling.
3. The sport of choice for blue-collar workers is: football.
4. The sport of choice for supervisors is: baseball.
5. The sport of choice for middle management is: tennis.
6. The sport of choice for corporate officers is: golf.

Conclusion: The higher you rise in the corporate structure, the smaller your balls become.
