no, and he's not a tester. He is a developer. Yavn comes and goes as he pleases as do the other testers.

What do you need one for? You were asking earlier today in the game but I had to go before you mentioned why.

Just so you know, testers can't give away anything and they just use the new stuff before it's out to make sure it's not TOO buggy.
