When exactly do I really need to have my dues paid? I would like to hold off a few more days but don't want to be late.

They are considered late if paid after 2/14.

There is a penalty for late payment, you won't be able to make any reservations, bank/borrow points, or use any existing reservations you may already have. The account is basically frozen until the dues are up-to-date including any late fees.

For many, the auto-debit program works very well where the fees are divided into 12 payments spread over the year. (This only works for those with a US bank account.)

When are Late Payments assessed and how do they affect my Vacation Points?

Late payments can impact your ability to make reservations and to bank and borrow Vacation Points. Any payment that is overdue, including but not limited to Annual Dues, Loans (if applicable), Member Getaways transaction fees and balances from*Disney Vacation Club*Resort stays, prohibits banking and borrowing of Vacation Points. In addition, if you are more than 90 days past due on your Annual Dues, this will cause a suspension of all activities, including the cancellation of any existing reservations. So please take note - to make the best use of your Membership, be sure to keep your account up to date


What happens when my account has late fees and other fees?

Any payments received after the "Past Due After" date will be subject to late fees in the amount of $25.00 per contract plus interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law accrued from the original "Payment Due" date.*To avoid these late charges, please allow at least 7 days mailing time.*Any payments that are returned by your bank will have a non-sufficient funds fee of $20.00 charged to your account.

I just paid mine today. I had 11 gift cards to use as I got discounts on them. Been trying to pay since jan 10th but I work from 7-3 and coach wrestling til 5 everyday. Finally caught a break today with enough time to call, stay on hold, and read off all 11 cards to them. I called early January and they told me while dues are due on Jan 15th, you get till feb 13th. Late fees are tacked on feb 14th.
