I see right now the dues at akv are higher than ssr. Will they always be this way or will ther be chance that could change?

The past history of annual dues for the various resorts show that some resorts, by their inherent design, are more expensive to maintain and continue to have higher proportional costs than others. For example, my guide stated BWV has higher dues because it has higher electrical costs and maintenance for the boardwalk. AKV will have it's own savannah to maintain so its cost most likely will always be proportianately higher than SSR.

Just a guess but I think they will always be higher. AKV has about 1/2 the villas, and I would think they would also support some of the cost to keep the animals. Again just a guess.
