Dues statement ???

Why does it say Statement Type Cash ??? It's to be taken from my checking account every month in small monthly payments. Very confused.

I didn't get mine in the mail but I checked the member website and it says set for autopay.

After I clicked on the arrow, I clicked view and print statement and it shows the payments.

Check what they have online.

Call Member Accounting on Monday and check with them.

Was 2013 setup on monthly payments? Usually it carries over. But it doesn't sound like they have you setup for monthly.

I have it set to auto pay , even last year I had the dues done that way. I waited a couple of months and call in the balance due(Disney gift card).
And ask if the auto pay set up would be the same next year, And they(MS accounting) said it would stay the same, so I have know idea what happened . I'll have to call Monday and see what's what.

Either click on the 'Annual Dues' section of the main page, or 'My Membership' > 'Annual Dues'. Then click on 'View and Print Statement' for the appropriate year.

On the bottom of the home page, there is a section for annual dues. Hit the >

That takes you to the annual dues page. About halfway down there is a link for Pay Balance | view and print statement.

Just got off the phone with Member Accounting and found out that after I had made my last payment, I was taken off Auto-pay(MA couldn't say why it was removed). No trouble being put back on. SO all set for the coming year.

So you can do monthly pays on dues? Or is that only if you are carrying a loan with DVC? My mom would LOVE to be able to do monthly but how do you do that? Online it just gives an option to 'make payment' but when you click that it's the whole amount.

You can call Members Services and have them set up monthly payments whether you have a loan with DVC or not. We just sent them a voided check or a deposit slip with our account #s. I don't think you can set this up on-line.

Call Member Accounting. Same number as MS, different option on phone menu.

Note that the monthly option has to come from a bank account. You can't do monthly charges to a credit card.

Yes, it must be set up as automatic withdrawal from a US bank account. Members outside the country cannot do it absent a US bank account.

This season's Disney Files (page 18) say I can set up the monthly debits by mailing a voided check to an address. This is not the same address on the included envelope that came with my statement. Where should I send the voided check?

I'll be WDW next week. Can I setup the auto debit in person?
