Dues question

I had my dues set up for autopay on June 1. Looking at the website it doesn't show they've been paid. Does it take awhile to update that?

Is this for a new contract? Direct or resale? If resale, you should have paid the full 2021 dues at closing. If direct, don't worry they will hit your account soon. Welcome home!!!

Direct. Its kind of a weird situation. We purchased in Jan 2020, with the agreement to pay 10k down, and another in 2 weeks and so on. We were using our disney card to get the points. Then Covid. My husbands identity was stolen and that person charged about 50K over our 2 chase cards in a pretty short period and was even able to ACH the payment from our bank before it was caught. That has taken a really long time to get fixed. So it was February of this year before we got it paid off and Disney was ok with that. We couldn't pay dues until the contract was closed, so there are 2 years of dues to be paid. So my brother in law, who we went in with on the contracts has set up the auto pay, but says its never been charged. It's been set up for a month or so to come out on the 1st, so I'm just wondering if it takes awhile to post on the dashboard. Seemed like it took a while to show it as closed after we paid it off.

I have autopay set up for dues for one of my contracts. Depending on the month and where holidays fall, it's withdrawn anywhere from the 1st through the 5th. The exception is January, where it comes out some time in the middle of the month. It's been like this ever since I started autopay in 2010.

That being said, I've never checked the DVC website to see when it shows up there, this is all based on my bank statements.

The January monthly dues payment is always on the 15th (usually a couple days after), even if setup for the 1st of the month.
