dues question

I purchased at saratoga springs in may 2006. I used the incentive at the time to get the points for 2006. I purchased 220 points. Last year my dues were about $638.15, and this year they jumped up to $802.11. I thought there was a limit to the increase. Does anyone know if there is, and what the limit may be. You probably only paid the dues from your purchase date last year.

Your last year's dues were probably prorated for the period of time you owned. So you may not be comparing 12 months dues with 12 months dues. I believe the cap is 15% per year.

Dues at SSR went from $3.98 per point to $4.12, about a 3.5% increase. Your dues last year were pro-rated.
