Dues page..?

Is the dues page "down for maintenance" for everyone or am I just trying to pay too early? I would like to get it off of my plate so that I don't forget.

Anyone else getting a message that the amount you’re paying exceeds the total and will remain as a credit??? I’m not manually adjusting the total, just clucking the “pay balance” option

I did. When I chose "pay by contract" everything worked fine

Now it’s telling me my payments are overdue and subject to late fees and the submit button won’t show as clickable. This is just so typically DVC.

It's working for me only if (from the "pay by contact" screen) I select "pay another amount" and fill in the balance due. It doesn't seem to be working if you select "pay balance"

Are you still getting the exceeds total message bc I am - if you click other amount and reclick pay balance the total finally populates but again the message is that the total exceeds payment necessary.

Yes, I did get that warning, I just clicked through. I paid with several Disney gift cards and my Disney Visa. It took some hoop-de-doo-jumping over and over, but once I finished and refreshed the main dues page, it's showing 2022 dues paid in full.

Thx. I’ll wait until they fix whatever is obviously wrong with the page before paying - assuming they’ll get it fixed quickly.

I have always found that if I pay the exact amount on my gift card, it errors and tells me I’m paying over the balance. My work around has been to pay twice - just under the balance, then pay again for the remaining balance, and it works fine. It’s a pain and I wish they’d fix it, though.

I’m just super annoyed that the page being down means I couldn’t pay by CC for my remaining balance for December. Wasn’t expecting the page to be down on the 14th. :-(

Same here. I'm just going to wait until at least mid-January to pay our dues. Not worth the hassle to give them the money early. I'll just wait until they get it fixed. I have lots of other things I should be doing, anyway, LOL.

I was finally able to get it to load once so I at least no what the total is. Like you there is no way I will be paying it today.
