BCV $4.48 --- 4.92 % increase

BWV $4.69---- 6.35 % increase

HH $4.34 ---- 7.43 % increase

OKW $4.24 ---- 9.84 % increase

SSR $3.98 ---- 3.92 % increase

Vero $5.27 - 8.21 % increase + special assessment up to $.50 per point
Vero(sub) $4.12-- 7.29 % increase + special assessment up to $.50 per point

WLV $4.61 ---- 5.98 % increase



Vero Beach

If the full special assessment of $.50 per point is applied that would be an 18/20 % increase.

This being a special assessment may mean it will be for next year only and disappear after that.

Does this mean the members have to vote on this if it is considered an increase over 15 percent?

Even with a 10% increase, OKW is still the lowest of the group---we've been spoiled for some time. We'll need to see the specific areas of increase before making any kind of judgement. However, the increase is about $100 for us; which comes out to about $9 per month---which I can't get too excited about unless it continues for several years. And the increase is not out of line with the increased property taxes on our home.

Wow!! It looks like BCV has one of the lowest % increases. That really surprises me, considering how much wear and tear that resort gets.

Oh well, I guess BCV owners just lucked out this year. We'll probably get slammed next year!! Someone please remind me that we were one of the lucky ones for 2006, when I start griping and complaining about what I assume will be a big increase for 2007!!!

For OKW, the increases are mostly the following:

Administration and Front Desk: up about 10 cents/point, or 26%
Housekeeping: up about 10 cents/point, or 15%
Insurance: up about 5 cents/point, or 39%
Transportation: up about 9 cents/point, or 23%

Total: up about 38 cents/point, or 9.8%

Also, note that Member Activities up about 3 cents/point, or 29%. I wonder if that's where lifeguard salaries are at.
