Dues history-OKW vs. HHI?

What is the history of dues increases for OKW and HHI? DH and I are considering an add-on at one of those two places. He's leaning towards OKW because he says dues there are more "stable"-at HHI, he maintains, one good hurricane, and dues skyrocket. I'm leaning towards HHI because we want to go at Thanksgiving, so we might need the 11 month window there. And initial resale prices seem to be much lower at HHI than at OKW. Any thoughts?

HH had a big increase for 2007 due to a loan for capital improvement. The loan will take 6 years to pay off and amounts to $0.13 per point.

Originally, VB had planned to be a much larger resort with villas across the road (an access tunnel was even made under the roadway for guests to access both sides without the need to cross the busy highway) - but the planned expansion was never completed and the property was eventually sold. The developer (DVD) subsidized the maintenance fees for those early buyers in anticipation of the increased number of owners - and continues that subsidy for those early buyers. Once DVD knew they would never expand the property, the subsidy was removed from the contracts for subsequent purchasers - thus the two levels of dues structure at that resort.
