DU Reservation Question

This is my first time using DU. I've heard such wonderful things about them, I thought I'd give them a try so I just transferred my ressie from DCL to DU 2 weeks ago. Now I see the thread that they're offering a shipboard credit for new ressies.

Does anyone know if I can get this on my ressie? I would've waited if I knew about this since we're not sailing until October, and every little bit of savings help. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I can.

Du would have to cancel your existing ressie and book you a new one to get the credit. I know this, because1q

Du would have to cancel your existing ressie and book you a new one to get the credit. I know this, because I did the same thing for my now cancelled Nov ressie. If the price of your trip hasn't changed, they credit will be applied. If your price has gone up, then getting the credit would be worthless.
