DU problem please help

I am having trouble with my e-mail I believe as I cannot seem to get a message from my agent. Also, I am not receiving any reminders of the thread replies from here. That I can live with but I really need to talk to my agent. I can't even e-mail the webmaster to let them know (as far as I know). I am using this post as a way to let them know and if someone could pm me I would appreciate it. I think I can post here (I will soon find out) so thought I would try this. Thanks

first try emailing yourself. If that works, you're probably ok. I've noticed lately that PM emails and post reply emails have been taking several hours to reach me - if not the next day. I figure they'll work it out eventually.

Then check your email settings. Are you using Outlook, Outlook Express, Internet (Yahoo or Hotmail, etc.)?

Does your ISP provide technical support on the phone? Can you go to their website for troubleshooting advice?

Thanks for all the quick replies. Yes I have an agent. I have sent messages a week ago and several times since then. I know that it is not only DU but others as I have found out after calling them. One was in Panama and it was a tour I was trying to book. I ended up calling him and he was at his computer. He said that he was getting worried because I wasn't replying to his e-mail. In fact I had sent him 4. THat's why I thought I would use this as a way to contact someone. It seems to work. I will go look at my pm's.
