DU or AAA?

AAA provides free mugs that we can get unlimited soft drink refills on board. Does DU offer anything?

I'm extremely impressed with Cathy at DU. She's very responsive, but I'm being greedy here

DU offers rebates of up to $200, based on your total cruise price. They will also continue to check for discounts if offered by DCL and will adjust your price accordingly.

We booked our land/sea for March 20 through AAA...that was before I found these boards and I now know more about DCL than the TA does....I'll be using DU next time

I say DU. I got the same base price, but the rebates made DU much cheaper. The mugs are worth $5 per day I think per person, so figure out how much your family would save on that and then see what the best rebate is from DU. Also, DU is MUCH more knowledgeable about Disney Cruises. My AAA had only one person who had taken a Disney Cruise. They didn't know nearly as much as I do. DU has personal expreience + all the knowledge of these boards and they will reduce your prices if they fall automatically. We also have received a nice stateroom gift when they book 8 or more rooms on a cruise & they always seem to do that. Last month we even got an upgrade from a Category 11 to an 8 for both our rooms!

I booked our November cruise with DU this time. They really have the BEST information, hands down!! Any time I have a question I email and receive an email immediately. Plus, you really can't put a price on ALL the information you receive on these boards.

I booked AAA for our land/sea and just rebooked with them for a 7 day western. My AAA office has a Disney expert-she has stayed in all the resorts and done all 3 cruise itineraries. Plus her son is a CM at WDW. I had no complaints- got shipboard credit and the mugs. She also sent a mickey basket full of food for us during the land part of our trip.
