DU number

Can anyone help me with the Dreams Unlimited number? I need to speak to them directly, because I need to make two reservations with different dates. Any help is greatly appreciated by this newbie!!

I'm planning my first trip to WDW in 20 years.

I've never known there to be a number where you can talk to someone directly at Dreams. Why don't you just send a reservation query. Once you accept the ressie they quote you, they are WONDERFUL about getting back to you in emails. My agent was back to me within hours, sometimes minutes when I went to her with a question or changed something on my itinerary.

The lack of a phone number is the biggest thing that drove me to start using The Magic For Less for all of my travel plans. I refuse to use an agency where I can't talk to my travel agent. I know there are a lot of online agencies where you can't talk to someone on the phone and I just hate that.

YOu get a number after you've been quoted online, but I have never ever ever been able to talk to someone on the phone though.

This post is soooo ironic! I've been searching for days for a # to DU. I want to talk to them direct about my reservation switch that has PS"s that I don't want to loss. Any way , just yesterday I went to my reservation and pushed the "printer friendly" button and lo-and-behold the # was at the top. It is #1-888-374-0494. I just called minutes ago and got a message that operating hours are mon-fri only. The message also said any revision or questions concerning your DU resevation should be put in an e-mail and send to them. I don't know if they will answer my question throught this #, but I am going to try. I don't have an actual agent and every e-mail (2 only) I've sent took a long time to get a response and I had to re- e-mail to get the info I requested. I realize that making PS's is less costly ( no long distance charge) BUT I've never had this much trouble getting answers when I plan it myself!!

Thanks Debbie for your reply. I really appreciate your help. I did go ahead and book on-line through DU. They were able to get all my nights at the S/D when S/D could not get all the days I needed. I also needed to book for my parents as well, but they are not staying as long as we are. When I sent an e-mail to DU to have them change this they were very responsive!! Good-luck to you
