DU is the best

I just wanted to sing the praises of DU. They saved me mega bucks on the Eastern 14 cruise. Sue Ellen was my lifesaver. I know DU was catching a lot of flack on Weds. and I just want everyone to know that they are the greatest. Thanks DU and thanks Sue Ellen.

Glad for you, but after having 4 reservations with them my 14 day was a bust - 1 quote way too high and never received the western quote I asked for. So I guess I will live and learn - next time I will try on my own. Wonder what happens to all the double and unused reservations that were made on Wednesday?

I share JimmyC's praise of DU, but also realize there are still some out there who are still in limbo. I'm sure that within a week there will be a lot more people satisfied with the results DU got for them than are dissatisfied!

Its obvious from this post and others Webmaster's Pete and John are personally involved in making sure everyone on this board gets a fair shake out of all this. Pete or John---Don't know if you are willing or able to share this info, but I would love to hear how many reservations were handled by DU on the 5th.

I went in when the DCL website started, 6pm exactly UK time it broke, then retried regualrly, got a quote say within 35 mins of opening... Dreams beat it all! Every quote that came up! I paniced a bit but decided to reply on DU' They are excllent, and an extra rebate of $200!

I FULLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE!

The rate I got from DU is good for the east bound repo. I have read here that others in comparable situations got better rates, and I wonder if that is due just in the order that DU got the requests in through DCL or what. My AAA agent finally called today (she faxed an "inventory request" in for me last week) and her rate was $1200 more than DU for the same catagory So far, for the cruises we are taking this fall and the quote for next years repos, DU has come through for us very nicely! I will always recommend them!

This is our 5th or 6th trip planned through DU and never, never have had a problem. I highly recommend them to my family, friends and to the DISers. They have always come through for us.
