Trying to find out if fitting DTD into our schedule is worth it. What would the kids just LOVE? Is the Lego really fun? Any special shops/items that you couldn't see/buy in the Parks?

Is DTD really hard to get to from the MK resorts? What's the easiest and quickest route with strollers and kids?

Thanks!

Its a big outdoor mall IMHO My son who is 5 loved it. There are things there to buy you probably can not get in the parks plus other places to eat. Take a bus from your resort there thats the easiest.

Yes, it's a nice place to go in the evening, especially on your first night there if you're not doing the parks.

There's a huge disney store, think it's the biggest anywhere plan on bringing the $$$$

Restaurants here tend to be busy. I don't know which ones accept PS's might want to do a search here. We usually go right outside DTD to eat, then go to DTD after to shop

Between the Lego store and building a Mr. Potatoe head at the Toy store they will love it.

I didn't enjoy taking my 5 yo DD--so many places to nickel, dime and dollar you to death (some midway type rides like a little train and merry go round) and all kinds of stores, vendors and other ways to part you from your wallet. At least in one of the parks, you've already paid for the attractions
