DTD to view electric water parade

We are planning on having dinner in DTD on Tuesday night; we have 6:30 ressies at TRex. What time is the water parade - can we make it?

I cannot locate my maps quickly - can anyone help me figure out a way we can get over to watch the electric water parade. Will one of the boats go there from DTD?
I guess I am thinking off the top my head of 2 options:

take a resort bus to Poly or GF.
drive over from DTD in our rental car and get a 3 hr parking pass at the resort (Poly or GF).


Is there any other hotels to view the water parade from? I have a 3 y/o son and I think he'd love to see it...
but, maybe if it is a big hassle to get over to the water parade we should just head back to our condo at Bonnet Creek and watch the Epcot fireworks from our room - those are right around the time he needs to be settling down to go to sleep anyhow.... suggestions!?

Hi,

None of the boats from DTS will go to a hotel from which you can view the Water parade.

Other hotels from which you can watch the parade;

Wilderness Lodge ( c 935pm)
Contemporary

The show at the Poly is at 900pm

now if you are own disney property it is worth seeing once.

but you aren't - so would let your child go to bed at his regular time.

most people come back to WDW quite a few times. some of us go more often.
