DTD to GF -by bus or cab?

I have made an ADR for the family for Park Fare at the GF for my DGD birthday for 5:00PM (Nov 29th.) I need to make a ressie for the BBBoutique for DGD for same day and am trying to plan best time for ressie. How long does it take by bus from DTD to GF? Is cab better? If cab, how long does it take; where do you get cab; how much does cab cost?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
