DTD Restaurants and KTTW card???

Can you charge meals to your KTTW card when you dine at DTD restaurants? We're thinking about eating at T-Rex, but since we already have our meal budget in Disney Gift Cards, we aren't sure if there is a way to cover our meal at DTD. Are there any restaurants that accept either the Disney Gift card or KTTW card?

I have used the KTTW card to pay for meals at Earl of Sandwich, Wolfgang Puck Express and Rainforest Cafe.
