Can anyone give me some info on the DTD hotels? DH and I are going to WDW for 2 weeks in January (staying DVC sunday-thursday). We need to find a nice hotel for Friday & Saturday night and I was thinking something in the DTD area would be nice.

Any comments? Reviews? Suggestions?

It's just DH and I and we are just a young, fun couple. We need something CLEAN and reasonably priced.

Any suggestions outside of DTD?

:thanks:

We have stayed at 4 of the DTD resorts & liked each one fine. Best Western has big rooms great balconies very clean Resturant kinda yuck. We have stayed there 3 time last 2 got great rate on Priceline. DoubleTree Suites lots of room more that what you might need. The HI when it was open & a Marriott very nice great staff nice rooms. BV Palace we like the best we were in the main tower, view not great, staff wonderful, Room very clean & nice, the quick walk to DTD & the DTD Bus stop. I don't want to get flamed but we walked over & took the bus to AKL for are dinner at Boma. We also did priceline. Royal Plaza get good reviews & mousesavers has great rates.

Hey! Shades of Green is IN Disney World. It is across the street from the Polynesian Resort, so you can walk over and take the monorail! They also run buses on a schedule so you always know when to show up and you don't have to wait! Don't you just love the military?!!!
