DTD Hilton Executive level?

Anyone ever stay in the executive level rooms? We're booked there for 6 nights and I don't know what to expect. Thanks!

I don't think I stayed on the executive level at the Hilton but was given a room that was an Executive Suite when we had booked a standard room. Be glad to give you info on that room if you think that is what you need.

We stayed on the Executive level in August for a week. First of all, we found all of the rooms to be very nice...on the level of a Disney deluxe property. The privileges for the Executive level give you access to the Executive Lounge each day. Very nice Continental Breakfast served each morning (I believe from 6am to 10am). There are soft drinks available all day in the lounge area along with a few snacks (fruit, etc). In the evening, there are hot appetizers available, too. You could make a meal out of this if you wanted. I believe the lounge is open until 10pm or so each evening.

There is also a Concierge on duty for these floors at all times. They can help with any special needs. I believe the rooms have some amenity upgrades, but we did not see the standard rooms so I can't be certain. We found the rooms to be quite nice - real 4-star/4 diamond quality.

DH about to be bumped up to Hilton HHonors Gold VIP Status. Would one of the perks be to get upgraded to this Executive level?
We currently have reservations for a week there, would be a some awesome magic to upgrade !

Some Hiltons will upgrade HHonors Gold members to the Executive level, some just upgrade to a better view room or better bed-type. I do not know what the policy is for this particular Hilton. You could call and ask what type of upgrade (if any) that they do. I would also ask at check-in. Who knows, if it is available, they just might do it. Have fun either way!
