DTD Hilton - complimentary shuttle to outlets?

I've read a few old posts from a while back that the Hilton in Downtown Disney offers a shuttle to the premium outlets. Im just wondering if anyone can confirm if they still do this? There appears to be no mention on the hotels website and I cant seem to find any up to date evidance to suggest they do.

I didn't know about the Premium Outlets, but they are one of the hotels listed on the Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets offering a free shuttle service.

I emailed them last year on several occasions (LBV Outlets) asking whether you needed to be a guest at the Hilton to make use of this service and they never replied so I am still none the wiser.

We have always taken a taxi to Premium Outlets, average round trip including tips coming in at around $40. Great value considering how much we saved on our shopping there but if there is a free, and relatively hassle free means of getting there that would be even better. I can't find anything on their website about it.
