DTD GS hours?

Does anyone know the hours of DTD's Guest Services?

My mother and I are going to change our 7 day PHP's to AP's and we need to know when we can do this without heading to a park.

Now, Can they do the exchange on the PHP to the AP?

If they can, I need a place that does cheap PI and DQ tickets, I was thinking Ticketmania (from Mousesavers.) Is that the best?
PI is like 16.00 or so, and DQ is like 24.00 or so.
