Do any DTD stores sell Disney-themed Dooney's?

If yes, are there generally any sales or markdowns (from MSRP), or would my best bet be to find something online?

You can usually find Dooney's in The Dress Shop. And I haven't heard of any sales, other than AP discounts.

They also sell them in World of Disney.

I've never seen a discount in park. Occasionally (make that rarely) you can luck into a sale at ShopDisney that includes Dooney, but more often they're excluded from any sales.


And if there's a sale online and you're in the Parks the shops will NOT match the online ShopDisney price. I tried.

Thanks! I had tried to find them there last month, but with the store so packed since it is half the normal size, I couldn't find them. Will look again the end of the month.

Oh, hadn't thought of that! I haven't been, but I seem to remember a recent picture of the inside and it looked like there were Dooneys hanging on a wall with other bags. It wasn't a super close up pic though and I couldn't tell exactly where the wall was!

I really miss Vault 28!!

Oh, to the OP; I've seen them at Acorn Gifts in the Grand. Limited selection though.

I recall seeing a few styles at the Dress Shop in DTD as well. They are kind of scattered throughout the store (I think they try to match the design of the bag to the dress).

The Dress Shop is sort of the same as Vault 28. I don't pay that much attention, but it appears to have much the same merchandise. Generally, I just follow my daughter thru it and try to talk her into certain dresses and shrugs. Still working on getting her to buy the blue shrug.

Well this makes me happy. I had a tradition of buying my Dooney & Burke purse on my trips at Vault 28 (I loved the bag they put them in too) and was sad when it closed. But if the Dress Shop has similar merchandise including Dooneys I can start a new tradition!

Yep the dress shop and World of Disney sell them. Not sure where they are located during construction in WoD, but they should be in there somewhere near the luggage.

I probably won't ever step foot inside the former Vault shop again, however, because when I was there last time I picked up a Dooney Wallet to look at it and the alarm on it went off. Everyone inside the store turned around and stared! So embarrassing!! I was like I promise I'm not a thief hahaha

It is not the Star Wars VR thing. That said, alarms went off all the time there. And we had alarms go off when the Dress Shop was on the north side of DTD. Everyone was usually very apologetic about it.

Interesting, I've heard about the VR thing but didn't realize that's where they moved it to.The CM at the counter when it happened came over and turned it off but didn't say much so I felt stupid about it. At least it wasn't a rare thing for them to go off!

I think the Vault (before it closed) and the Dress Shop (currently) carry much of the same merchandise, but the Dress Shop feels brighter and bigger. I always felt like the Vault was a tiny shop with not enough space to move around when there was more than a handful of guests in the shop. The Dress Shop is located where the Anna & Elsa Boutique was and seems like there is more floor space and the merchandise seems more spread out. The Dress shops carries the Disney dresses and the associated accessories, handbags, and jewelry (e.g., Pandora, Alex & Ani, Disney Boutique, etc.). Did the Vault also have some art pieces?

At one point, world of Disney had removed them because of the construction, but that was a while ago so they should be back now. The last time I looked for something there, maybe a year ago, they had a better selection than the park did. I found what I wanted there, but it was all out of stock in the park
