I know that DTD busses are not great, but some of my bad experiences are just caused by the traffic in the area. With that said, I am wondering if it is worth the time and effort (walk) to get on at the PI or West Side stop to avoid the traffic around the Marketplace. And, where are the stops currently located? Thanks.

Yes, you can cut as much as 15-20 minutes off your trip by boarding at PI instead of MP. Not just because of traffic, but also because the driver is replaced at PI about 1 out of 3 trips. The stop is located near Planet Hollywood, and is convenient if you finish your visit at WoD (use the BBB exit) or Lego.

However, at busiest times, buses may fill up at MP and bypass PI. Another bus should be sent when that happens, but sometimes there just aren't enough buses or drivers available.

The WS bus depot is not used by Disney Transport for normal resort service.
