Hi everyone!! Am new to this, but have been reading comments for months. Our 1st trip ever to WDW is coming up April 2009. We can't wait!!!!! One quick question, it may sound stupid, but I am addicted to Diet Dr. Pepper. Is it served on property?? Thanks for all input.

Don't know about diet dr. pepper- but I can tell you that regular Dr. Pepper is not sold on property... I had a hard time with that one last year!

I have not seen Dr Pepper or Diet Dr Pepper sold anywhere on WDW property. However since both taste the same because I don't notice a difference, you could try Pibb Xtra which tastes just like both drinks and is sold at various locations around WDW.

I dont think it is, what about bringing some with you? Or having some shipped to your hotel room? We use garden grocer and have some snacks, bottled water, soda and breakfast items delivered to our room. It saves us money in the end.

it's no where on site unfortunately. I've never actually seen it offered anywhere other than cans/bottles at stores.

You can get it delivered through a grocery service though or run over to a grocery store if you have a rental car.

I carried cans with me at the parks in Dec and it worked out well so that's what I'm planning on doing again this time around. Depending on the heat factor you'll probably want to keep them in a cooler during the day.

Thanks for the answers. I was afraid of that. Will probably pick it up at airport before going to hotel.

You can also get it at the Hess stations on property. That's where I get my regular dr. pepper. Trust me, I know! ;)

It's kind of weird it's sold there because the Hess stations on property are only allowed to sell Coca Cola products, however it's not sold at the parks and resorts.

You will not find anything but Coke products at WDW or any of their other parks worldwide. I beleive the Disneys largest single contract is with Coke.

The only way I've gotten Regular/Diet Pepper is from a grocery shopping/delivery service. They do all of our families shopping and deliver everything right to our resort. The first time we visited WDW, I had a major Pepper withdrawal. I have found it though at MCO, so I buy a bottle or two for the trip to the resort, and to just tide me over till delivery of the groceries.

I should apologize.:flower3: I *thought* we had bought it at the Hess station, but DH (who always makes a run to the store a few days into the trip while I'm doing laundry) said that he did have to go offsite to get it. He went to the station, picked up a few things and couldn't find dr. pepper so he went offsite to get it. He never told me that until I just asked him. He said he felt like he was doing something illegal.

I also thought that on our last trip when we were leaving WDW and stopped to fill up that he brought me one out of the store because he knew I was having withdrawals. I must be really confused.

So, I'm sorry for the misinformation. My only issue with WDW is no dr. pepper onsite! Oh well, guess I'll survive.

Now that you mentioned that I just realized I did not see any Dr Pepper for sale at the Hess station by the Magic Kingdom, so I must have got their lables confused with Pibb Xtra.

We stayed at a moderate last Jan and stopped just outside Disney to pick up a 1/2 gallon milk and a case of dr. peppers. Worked well- just put a few in the small fridge in the room and replenished them throughout the week. Really, really was good at the end of a long day- and added an extra boost to my mornings. If I had to drink another sprite in the parks during the day.....!!!:rotfl:

There is no Dr. Pepper/Pepsi products served in Disney parks or resorts.

Actually the only place you can find Dr. Pepper is the Spaceship Earth Siemens VIP lounge Base 21. I know because I went there in October 2007.

I do like those smaller bottles!!! I am a Dt Dr Pepper addict too, but I usually just drink diet coke in the parks, when we stay in September, we'll have a full fridge, so I can go get my drink of choice!! YAAAY

OMG my dh HAS to have his dt dr pepper (in a can only) every morning!!I never leave for wdw without getting a 12 pack to take with us so that I am not driving all over looking for it...lol
