yes if you have 2 different phone numbers.

Are you sure you mean modem and not router? You can have as many wireless routers as you want on a LAN as long as it is configured correctly but there is no need for more then one modem. It is not uncommon for someone who has a device that needs WEP encryption to use 3 routers to create a tree so they can segregate the insecure portion of the LAN (using WEP) from the rest of the devices using WAP.
