DS went to Prom tonite!

My DS (step), Kurt is 18, and enrolled in the SEDOM program in our area...Sedom is the Special Education program. He is a high-functioning Autistic and mostly OCD now. Anyway, tonite was their Prom...he looked so nice, I had to share!!
He is obsessed with Fire Departments, and all he wears are the blue department t-shirts all the time. I get tired of seeing him in those ratty things!! It was so nice to see him dress like this, although it was kinda stressful for him. He had a great time and I was so proud of him!!

Oh, he did!! It ended at 9 pm, we watched him dance with a girl...it was so sweet!! These things are kinda stressful for him...going into strange, unpredictable situations. He had a great time!

No lucky girl, unfortunately. Although the kid is getting to be a real stud. He sees a girl he likes and wants her to be his girlfriend!! Yet he wont talk to any of them, he is too embarassed!!
