DS hotels new benefits

Just read about the 7 hotels that will now be able to book 60 day FP and participate in EMH. I'd love to hear from people with experience staying at these hotels which they like best and why. I'd love to book one of them but have very limited knowledge of their positive and negative features. Thanks for your help
