. . . but only because the poor little man was SO sick last Sunday morning that he had to be transported to Celebration by ambulance. Doc said he got a virus and that was causing his problems. He had to have fluids and then spent all day in bed on Sunday at ASMo. Not a fun way to spend the day, but I have to say those paramedics and the staff at Celebration were WONDERFUL to us. They were so kind. Josh was a little freaked out that he had to go in an ambulance. I originally called the front desk for a cab, but they felt an ambulance would be a better way to go. When they came in the room, they were so gentle and explained everything they were doing so Josh wouldn't be scared. We have lots of experience with hospitals, but he hasn't been in an ambulance since he was about 2 weeks old. So I can understand his hesitation.

So, although it wasn't FUN going to the hospital, we couldn't have asked for a better experience!!! Let's here it for all those wonderful professionals that do everything they can to make sure that we are taken care of!!! :cheer2:

I hope Josh is feeling better now. Not fun to be sick, especially when you are at WDW! Too sick to go to the parks... that is torture!

Although I'm sorry he had to go to the hospital, I am glad for you that you had such a wondeful staff to take care of Josh. Here is some extra pixie dust for you and Josh! :wizard:

My DH is a fireman and an EMT and these guys and gals that do this for a living are truly awesome!!!

I'm so sorry to hear that your DS was so sick on Sunday that you had to go to the hospital :guilty: How is he doing now?

Many hugs to all of you!!!

He's fine now!! He actually bounced back well enough to go to Epcot for a few hours on Monday (we left Monday evening). After sleeping all day Sunday after we got back from Celebration, he was refreshed and wanted to go!! I just didn't want him to go TOO much because I was afraid he would be sick again. So we took it slow and only went on SE and did light shopping. It was still a FABULOUS trip!!
