DS at Cherry Hill Mall Closing!!!!

It's sad they closed the Freehold one but I'm happy they then opened the outlet store in Jackson.

I used to love the Disney store in the Echelon mall....it was one of the biggest Disney stores I have ever seen in the area....I will have to make a trip to the Cherry Hill store to see what they have.

I worked in that store- loved every minute. Great cast, great managers, great store. It was a sad day when it closed.

A pp mentioned the Moorestown Mall - I was just there today and boy, there sure is plenty of open space there. I would think it would be easy to negotiate a good lease there.

Oh, PLEASE! I work at Sears in the Moorestown Mall, and I've always wanted a Disney Store there...I personally think it'd fit in well there!

What really sucks is that, yeah, there's a great sale going on now, but there's also a major snowstorm, and no one can get to the store to buy there, including myself (the disney obsessor )

and the Mickey D's in DTD is closing? and the Legos store too???

I did not know that...a very sad day indeed...

I'm not sure where in Philly you live, but there is still a Disney Store at the King of Prussia mall as well as the Lehigh Valley Mall in Allentown.

Being a Disney Store CM, it always makes me sad when I hear about a store closing.

I heard that the McD store at DTD was closing, but didn't hear that Legos was closing there too. When is that going to happen or did it close already?

The McD's in DTD is closing in April, I believe. To be replaced by Pollo Campero - a fast food chicken restaurant.

I've heard that the Lego store will be closing around the same time - but that is still an unconfirmed rumor. Makes sense tho - what with Legoland opening next year at the old Cypress Gardens.

I wouldn't panic about lego closing just yet. It's some rumors because of Legoland opening. There is nothing confirmed and I really don't see it happening. The mcd's is a certain thing though.

That stinks. I thought they were no longer going to close stores. I thought they were going to reopen stores again.
