DS and meal plan

with all of these wonderful new restaurants opening up in DS I'm wondering if any of them are participating with the meal plan or will this begin next year? I'm especially interested in the one that just opened I think it's called homecoming?

According to the Disney Food Blog Chef Art Smith's Homecoming is one TS on the dining plan. It's at the very end of this article in the section titled "Overall":

As far as next year, the non-Disney owned restaurants have until the end of December to sign contracts for next year so it may not be until the beginning of 2017 when the complete list of participating restaurants is published.
