DS spent the night with grandma and grandpa yesterday and they gave him some quarters for doing some chores. He wanted to earn some more money, so he asked me what he could help with tommorrow. He went and got some paper and started writing down some of the things he'd like to do (sweeping, dusting etc....) then he wrote down a "price" for his services :teeth: He wanted me to write my name at the bottom so I would remember tomorrow  Luckily he's only charging a quarter right now :hyper:

Sounds like you're raising an "Alex P. Keaton!!" :teeth:

you would not believe what i have gotten my son to do for a dollar!!! LOL:teeth:

It sounds like you have a future contracts attorney on your hands! How adorable!

See if you can get that kid signed up for a junior version of The Apprentice. In fact, it sounds like he has more business sense than most of the people on that show. Too cute!!!

You know that's not such a bad idea! I think I'm going to come up with my own price list and contract and have DH sign it. ;)

 That's too cute. I also thought "Alex P. Keaton" when I read the OP. :)

My DS did something very similar a couple years, but he included food and drink items on the list. He would "get them for you" if you paid anywhere from $.50 to $1!! Oh and if you needed ice for your drink...that was extra:)

Now, will HE sign a contract if you put it in front of him???
