I'm looking for your recommendations on a good dry bag and a good neoprene cover I can quickly use if I just want to put my camera in my purse. I've seen posts that have pictures but now that I'm ready to buy something I can't find those threads anymore.

The Lenscoat Bodybag is a great neoprene cover. You can get it for just the body or the body and a regular or a telephoto lens.

I have a Crumpler Banana Hammock which is a neoprene cover for body plus short lens. I use size L for my 60D plus battery grip and a short 18-55mm lens. I absolutely love it! It also had a pouch at the back for small flat accessories like cards or cleaning utensils.

Thank you for the recommendations. Pooh: I couldn't find the banana hammock. Is there another name for it?

Photo_chick: I've noticed your recommendations for a camera strap before and just recently saw your post telling your height. I am not much taller and I wonder if you ever find the Industry Disgrace to be too long. I've read that as a negative in a couple reviews. It stood out to me because I'm short so I imagine it could be too long for me. What do you think?

Are you asking about a dry camera bag or something to place your camera in emergency situations when you get caught in the rain? For a dry bag/sack, I use the Sea to Summit Dry Sack. They come in various sizes. I use the 8 litre size for my gear. I bought mine at Cabelas. Some use large zip lock bags for a cheaper alternative. I wanted something more substantial so went with the Dry Sack.

Oh, I just saw you talking about the Industry Disgrace. I have the Singapore Sling (not Slim, that one is aweful!) which is pretty much the same just with two added quick buckles to adjust the length of the strap (which you do manually on the Industry Disgrace). I'm not very tall either at 5"3 but I find the strap to be of perfect length when i do indeed decide to carry it around my neck. I usually do it across the shoulder - which is where the quick buckles come in handy cause you can adjust the length within seconds.

I really find it funny how Crumpler has different gear in Europe!

I don't find it too long, but then I usually wear my camera cross body and I like it to sit about at my hip. I tend to shift it around to the back side. I have probably another inch or so left where I could take up the strap more if I wanted to.

PoohLover78... the Singapore Sling is called the Convenient Disgrace here in the US. I keep toying with getting one but my Industry Disgrace is the limited edition camo print and matches my Chucks. A girl has to accessorize!
