Sorry for the delay - we have had internet problems here in Orlando!
Straight to Islands of Adventure today - it was busy!! Never seen the park this busy. All the major rides were 40 mins plus even Jurassic Park. We have never seen this more than 10 mins.
We decided to go anti-clockwise round the park to try and avoid some of the crowds. We rode Cat in the Hat which was 5 min wait and then my fav ride (apart from Spiderman) One Fish Two Fish!!!! DH always laughs at me cause I try and follow the instructions but still get soaked. This was 10 min wait.
We were just in time for the Sinbad show but as we got there, the theatre was FULL.
Went for my ice-cream (the ice cream at this one particular stall is to die for). I queue for around 5 mins, order my strawberry cup "sorry strawberry not working"!!!!
40 mins still for the dragons, so we grabbed our lunch. DH had roast chicken and I had a burger, well it used to be a burger until they cremated it!!!
We walked round to Jurassic Park and this was also 40 mins, so we just had a leisurely stroll round.
Popeye was only 10 mins but DH refused to go on - he said he might as well jump in the pool fully clothed!! I love this ride but DH would not budge - BOOO!! Sulk mode now!!
When we got to Spiderman, this was 20 mins by now and we rode it. Now why is it when we dont get on the front row of this ride, I get a giant sat in front of me?? Well it happened again and it spoils some of the effects. Bigger sulk mode now!!!
It was HOT now and I started to feel a little sickly so had to give Hulk a miss this time and we headed over to the Hard Rock Hotel for another shot glass that our friends were missing.
Grabbed the car and decided to go and check out the old Bellz outlets. DH got MORE clothes and I got some bargains from the Disney Outlet.
Drove back to the pool and headed straight to the pool. Afterwards we grabbed tea at Ponderosa and then went for drinks at Bahama Breeze - 5 Bahamaritas for me - mmmmmm!
Tomorrow - Animal Kingdom & Epcot.
