Drugstore eyeliner or concealer?

What are your favorite eyeliner/concealer? I love Merle Norman and Sephora but am nearly out and on a budget so I would like to try a budget brand and hopefully not spend more than $10 each. Thanks!

Former Sephoraholic here- My favorite drugstore eyeliner $7.50. Twists up so never needs sharpening and it lasts all day.

I use a Neutogena concealer that works pretty well - I don't have to use it often - and I LOVE my drugstore eyeliner. It's Revlon Luxurious Eyecolor, or something like that. It works really, really well.

Ulta automatic eyeliner (the kind that rolls up). You can get it on sale for $1 several times a year. I buy 4 or 5 then.

I love the Ulta twist up eyeliner. I have it in raisin and a grey color. I swear that the raisin color is an exact dupe for the Lancome eyeliner that I love and can't afford. They go on the same and the formula is the same. I wait until they go on sale for a $1 and then stock up. Ulta Automatic Eyeliner is what that one is called. I love it and I am very picky.

I'm not sure about concealer but I just bought some Almay liquid eyeliner and I love it!!!! 5.00!!!!! I love mn too but do not want to spend 15.00!!!!!

I just watch their ads, no idea when it happens. Starting September 2nd, it's $4, and if you buy 2, you get one free, so 3 for $8. Not bad. I like the brown black color best.

I've tried so many concealers, but the one I like the best so far is Maybelline's Instant Age Rewind with the soft spongey tip. It never cakes up or gets all crepey-looking, and my mineral foundation goes over it flawlessly. Really love it!

Ultra products are probably (but not definitely) available only at Ulta stores. Annd Ulta.com.

Interestingly, Good Housekeeping had thousands of readers "road test" different types of make-up. The results, including concealers and liners, are in the September issue.

I like the pencil eye liner from Rimmel. I usually get it at CVS when they have extra bucks for Rimmel makeup, but even regular price I think it's around $5.

Thanks for the info about the Ulta liner, WDWAurora. I'll have to keep an eye out for that one. $1 is a great price.

I like the Rimmel eyeliners, and a new favorite brand is NYX, who have a great selection of colors and are a pretty good product for a low price point.

I used Mary Kay for years, but the last time I ordered I got the ones that need sharpened...no thanks! I switched to Cover Girl and it's the same, I have also used Loreal. I guess I'm not picky because I liked it too. I just don't want to sharpen them.

I just bought some Revlon Photoready stick concealer last week, and am impressed with it so far. It glides on smoothly, feels light, and is not I've had really dark circles all my life due to allergies plus being fair complexioned, so I'm constantly on the lookout for new concealers.

The eyeliner from Ulta is really good, but the absolute best eyeliner I have ever used -hands down - is the e.l.f. cream eyeliner. It's super easy to put on and it's waterproof (even though it doesn't claim to be,) and it stays put. The best part is its only $3 at target and the little pot lasts forever.

I've been using Almay intense eyeliner. I love that it doesn't have to be sharpened. I recently switched to Pyhician Formula's Conceal Rx
Physicians Strength Concealer. I don't see myself switching from that for a while

I have been using Revlon ColorStay eyeliner for years. It's usually around $8, although Walmart often has it for $5. I think I will definitely have to check out the Ulta brand, though!
