ranging from $15.99 - $29.99 a box is this a good price?

Walgreens has them on sale now for .89 each!! That is what made me try them..........and 2 many at a time!!! I feel better today though.......

Lynn, how many bars in a box? I pay $1.39 per bar when they are not on sale.

I got a box of 24 carbolite dark chocolate 1.75 ounce bars for $44.99 at Meijers.

These are the 1oz. bars They have

peanut butter cups,and crispy carmel 12 per box for $15.99

and

choco crisp, peanut butter and milk chocolate 24 per box for $29.99

I don't see any dark chocolate and those were the best!

A few days ago I saw the carbolite bars at Sams Club for $19.94. (In the vitamin area of the store). There were 24 in a box, but they only had chocolate almond. I didn't think I would like that one or to buy that amount. Thanks to Native Txn's information I found several varieties at Walmart for .96 each. I tried the carmel crisp, and it was good.

For those of us unfamiliar with these bars, could anyone recommend a good one to try? I thought I read on another thread last night that you can melt one and add it to FF Cool Whip for 1 WW point?

I've tried all the flavors and love them all!
I read that too, I think it was Glo's idea if I'm not mistaken. There are so many great ideas here, I'd better start printing them out.

Can someone please adopt me so I can come and live over there in the land of lo-cal - pretty please!!

I have found 2 flavours of lo-carb bar here in the UK - Lemon cheesecake(sawdust) and blueberry(cat litter) and they both had me running to the loo for the next 24 hours - AND we don't have anything like Cool Whip either!!

I wanna live over there!!!

Aww, well you could always order off the internet. They have carbolite bars at www.drugstore.com. Just do a search and you'll find a variety. Now who has ideas on Cool Whip! LOL

Elsiebutt- don't frett- cool whip or redi whip are no where near as good as freshly whipped cream! And surely you have that- it's just a little more convienant. You could do the ame thing though if you got one of those pump things- ISI???? There is another thrad on this board about those. When we lived in Austrailia that is what everyone used there.
