Dropping off rental car at car care center

We are flying into Tampa airport and renting a car from Alamo. In my rental reservation I scheduled a drop off at the Disney Car Care Center since we are flying back from MCO and using DME.
How much of a hassle is it to drop off at the Car Care Center? Do I need to call to let them know I'll be coming over to drop off a vehicle? Also, will the shuttle to take me back to our Disney resort be there waiting at the CCC or will I need to schedule it?

Hi, it's very easy - just show up with the car! You don't need to call in advance. There are always mini-busses waiting outside and they will take you anywhere on property you wish to go. It's free, but I always give the driver a tip.

Depending on what resort you are staying at, you could opt to drop off at the Dolphin resort, assuming it doesn't affect your rental price.
