Dropping off luggage

Hi, we are going on the Oasis. How soon can we drop off our luggage at the terminal? We wanted to go to Cape Caneral without taking the luggage before we cruise.

The earliest I've seen posted was 10am but it was for the typical drop off and check in. Maybe email Royal and see what they say?
