Dropping off Luggage at CSR ?

We are doing a beach stay prior to our WDW vacation and will have a rental car that we will be returning to the Alamo at the Dolphin on our check in day (we just plan to use Disney transportation). I am assuming we'd be able to drop off our luggage to Bell Services first and not have to pay for parking just to drop off luggage?

Sure. Just confirm with the Front Desk at some point that you do not have a vehicle parked there overnight.
