Let me say, my family and I have been to Disney many times but this is a first buying tix thru SOG. Can someone please tell us the process> We thought we would get tix immediately after paying for them but that doesnt seem to be the case. BIG PARENT FAIL! We can make fast pass ressies on Tuesday for a before Easter week vacation. We sent our request in with our credit card number and nothing has been confirmed. The site says close to a 3 week turn around. Anyone have tips? Could SOG give us tix number to link together beforehand? Any suggestions would be helpful! Also, seems the customer service is slow. Does that seem on par?
Stupid, stupid us!

Yes, SOG ticket purchasing is slow.

After you submit the form, they will call you to confirm payment. After payment, they will either email you scans of your tickets (if you are staying at SOG), or ship you your tickets.

It's never taken 3 weeks for us...more like 5-10 days to get through the whole she-bang.

My family stayed at SOG our first trip, We purchased them at the resort upon arrival. Would that be an option? This was a looong time ago before the fast pass.

You could, but you would have no access to the FP system before tickets are purchased and linked.

Are SOG tix already activated? We've done it both ways but can't remember if we still had to go activate ours when ordering through SOG. We're getting in late and have a PPO breakfast our 1st morning so it may be worth it for us to do SOG if the tix are already activated. TIA!

Yes, SOG tickets are already activated.

Yes SOG customer service is almost always slow - waits on the phone can easily be 45 minutes to an hour. I bought tickets for April a few weeks ago. I did call them about a week after sending in to check that I had done everything correctly and they were able to tell me what day they were processing (gave me an idea of when to expect completion). About two days later they called me for processing and after I verified my card and the details (I even changed one ticket on this verification call) scans of the tickets were in my inbox in about 2 hours. They do sell tickets (not vouchers that need to be activated like military bases). The scan works great to put on your wristband and I made fast pass arrangements for a short notice trip that same day. So if you can get through the que - the process runs quickly. If I want the actual physical tickets they will be at the desk at checkin - but not sure why I would need them....

Do you have base/post access? Your profile says you are from NJ. We buy our vouchers at ITT on Joint Base MDL and link them to MDE and make our FP. It seems like SOG calls to confirm before anything is charged to your card, so you could cancel those tickets.
