Dropped my laptop...........

...........and now it won't work properly!!
I tried to pick it up and it slipped from my hands and crashed to the floor.
My Intel Wireless adaptor isn't working - in fact it has disappeared from my hardware list completely. DH will take it to the Laptop hospital tomorrow....ie PC World Hope it's not too serious.....I won't be able to cope without it!! I'm having a sneaky look using DH's laptop meantime

You poor thing.

I tripped over the cord and my laptop fell off my bedside cabinet and I was sure it would break. I was so lucky that it was ok. I really hope you can get your fixed soon.

My advice: Keep at PC World!!! I asked them to send my Laptop to HP, since it was under their warranty still, and they said it was going to be away for 2 weeks. We check back two weeks later, where is it? On the shop floor. It hadn't moved at all...

So be careful.
