Drop Off Spot Near GC

Where can I be dropped off by Uber/taxi that is near the Grand Californian hotel/Downtown Disney?

We usually stay at the Grand and like to come and go from the park this way. But this trip we are staying at the Sheraton Park and plan to get dropped off.

Can anyone suggest a spot near the GC or DD since the new gate is up at the GC?

You are aware that you can no longer enter the Grand via the main hotel entrance unless you are a registered guest or have a dining reservation, right?

Uber won't be allowed to drop you at the Grand or DLH unless you have a reservation for the hotel or dining. The DTD lot is closing shortly. You could have them drop you on Magic Way, and walk in from there to the entrance on the DLH end of DTD.

Thanks for the replies. I guess we will either Uber to main gate or as suggested, the DLH entrance to dtd.

Another option for you: if you decide to have Uber drop you off on Magic Way, you could have them drop you closer to the corner of Magic Way and Disneyland Dr. Then you could just take the pathway (entrance is right on that corner) into M&F, quickly go through bag check there (never takes us more than a few minutes), and hop on the tram to DTD.
