Drop Off Question @ VWL

We are riding down to Disney with my parents in their 40' motorcoach. It is a greyhound size bus conversion. We are at VWL and they are staying at the campground. The plan is to drop us off at VWL and we will unload our stuff from the outside hatches for bell services to take. Then they will drive to campground. Does anyone know if we can pull the bus up to the loading zone at the front doors? Will we fit? If not, is there somewhere else where we can unload? Thanks for any info!!!!

I'm pretty sure you would fit under the loading/unloading area. I remember the roof being way up there.

Now I don't know if they would care if you pulled up there. The valets might wonder if they were going to have to figure out a place to park it.

If you are staying at the villas you may want to unload your stuff closer to the villas instead of at the main entrance of the Lodge.

The Villa entrance is closer to where the Disney buses load and unload people.

We had thought about just unloading by the villas, but now if all goes well we hopefully will be arriving early morning. We do not think our room will be ready and just wanted to leave our stuff with bell services. We thought we could check in and ride over to the campground with my parents to see if they can get into their site. I think I will call the front desk to see where they want us to park.

There is adequate space to park and unload your luggage at the covered entryway to the WL lobby. Mears buses fit in there easily!

I wouldn't unload near the villas themselves, as that area is for WDW buses only and you'd have to park in a space reserved for a park bus. The front desk area will be easiest and the Bell staff can handle everything for you there.
